Discover the vibrant character of Honey Processed Coffee, sourced from the remote Lower Jimi region of Jiwaka Province, Papua New Guinea. Grown in secluded highland villages perched between 1,500–1,800 metres above sea level, this exceptional coffee thrives in rich volcanic soils and cool mountain air.

During the wet season, these villages become completely inaccessible by road, making each harvest a true labour of dedication and craftsmanship. What began with just six smallholder families has grown into a community of around 300 farming families across the Kuima and Deka villages, united by a shared commitment to quality and sustainability.

The honey processing method enhances natural sweetness and complexity, delivering a smooth, well-rounded cup with layered flavour and depth. Carefully selected and expertly prepared by Duffy Roastery, this coffee is versatile and shines across plunger, filter, and espresso brewing methods.
