Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ailan Exports. The following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

Orders are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday only. Orders are not shipped on the weekend or public holidays.

We are based in Kingston, Tasmania. We are happy to provide free delivery within a 20km radius of Kingston. Orders placed within this area will be delivered on Fridays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping method is via ShipStation carriers. All deliveries must be to a physical address. Orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO will not be accepted.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number.

Ailan Exports is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Ailan Exports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact the carrier to file a claim. Shipping insurance is available at checkout. 

Please save all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
